This is for people who have previously done little or no felting. The aim of the weekend is to learn the basic techniques needed to make felted objects and to experiment with adding simple designs to the pieces produced. By the end of the weekend you should have gained a good working knowledge of felting and have produced 2 or more items.

The aim of this weekend is to expand existing knowledge of felting techniques and to produce exciting designs by adding colour and texture using a variety of different fleece and the addition of other materials eg silk, yarns, man-made fibes
